Kennel Connection Touch Screen Module

The Kennel Connection Touch Screen module allows your customers the ability to check themselves in for their visit, regardless of whether the pet is checking in for boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and/or even petsitting. The touch screen feature speeds the check-in process by allowing your customers a self-serve option of checking in with just two clicks of the screen! The touch screen monitor is durable, and all typing and button pushing take place right on the screen, so no mouse or keyboard are necessary! Both kiosk and free-standing monitor versions are available.

To check themselves in, your client simply needs to swipe their keytag, or to type in their pet's name, last name, or confirmation number using the touch screen keyboard on the main screen (Figure 1 above). Once the client clicks the 'Go!' button, and the appointment is located, they are taken to the final check-in screen (Figure 2 below).

The confirmation screen will display a photo of the pet that was checked in, along with a birthday greeting, if their birth date is stored on their pet card in Kennel Connection. If you store a booking note with their appointment on the schedule screen, that note will also be displayed here. 

The Standard Services can be configured to display all, none, or any of the standard services offered to your clients.

The Additional Services are added through the Exercises tab of your lists setup in Kennel Connection, and will display up to ten additional services that your client can order at check-in, boosting your bottom line line for that visit! The rate and a description of each service is provided, along with a total for all of the additional services. Once submitted, the additional services will be added to the pet's booking to be included on the invoice.

The background images of the screens uses the built-in color schemes of Kennel Connection, and can be changed through the configuration utility. Your logo is also displayed on the main screen, should you wish to do so.

Kiosks are also available!
Also available are kiosks that can be custom designed to match the interior of your facility. The touch screen module can also be configured to display a complementary background to your kiosk design. Or, you can simply add a touch screen monitor to your counter.
